Sound Bath - New Moon
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath to celebrate the New Moon! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, and other soothing instruments in the tranquil setting of Ombersley Memorial Village Hall. Step away from the busy world for an hour and a half to enjoy guided meditation and let the relaxing vibrations wash away stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. The session will end with cacao to enhance spiritual connection and oracle cards for reflection.
The new moon is a good time to reflect on your intentions, set goals and release what no longer serves you. Meditation through the medium of sound and vibrations can help clear your mind and focus these intentions.
No experience necessary, just bring a yoga or camping mat to lie on, a blanket to wrap up warm and cosy and pillows for your head and under your knees and water for hydration. Chairs are available if you would prefer to stay seated.
